This medication only works for me when I take Lactalose that was prescribed to me by my GI doctor. However, the prescribed Rx only works when I take the Bowel Motion. *

Bowel Motion Works as a great laxative and definitely keeps your bowels moving. I was hoping to lose my muffin belly as advertised but did not help that at all. I did lose about 2 lbs per week however. *

It works far as going to the bathroom but far as losing weight it didn’t help me to lose any maybe I try it again. I heard reviews that they lost weight but not me. I might try it again and see if I get better results. *

Dherbs I just want to tell you that the Bowel Motion works wonders. My sister first tried the herbs out and suggested that I try it. I gave it 4 stars because although it does work for me with bowel movements, I’m still having bloating issues and have not lost not one pound or inches. I do recommend to others to try it bc does help with constipation issues. *

I have IBS-C / CIC, I usually take Motegrity but was looking for something more natural that wouldn't make me feel physically drained. My GI told me not to do this, as most of their strongest medications barely help as my condition is severe/chronic, but there's a better option out there - this MAY be it, for me personally. Bowel Motion does work, to help go more consistently & comfortably, however, it's definitely not gentle on your stomach, or at least has not been within the 3 days of me taking it. The reviews are great, so i'm hoping I start to adjust soon- and will do another review after a month of taking them. *
