Great tea if you want that extra energy throughout the day. For me, the effect starts after around 4 or 5 hours. So I suggest this to be taken in the morning. Not evening or before bedtime. *

I love this tea! I have been a coffee drinker for years however when I started the full body detox I could not drink coffee. I ordered this tea to see if it works.I love that I have not wanted to go back to drinking coffee. I will be ordering this product again. *

You can drink it without sugar, it’s pleasant, refreshing, healthy, and gives you a nice boost of energy to start your day. I used it as a pre workout some days, and you can add two bags to really give you a boost. It won’t make you feel jittery like caffeinated drinks and will still give you energy throughout your cleanse or just to start the day off right. I have been utilizing this product to help give me a pick-me-up. I usually have my hi-octane coffee in the AM. But around noon to early afternoon, I am falling off the tracks again. I use the Energy Booster Tea as a hot tea or by putting one tea bag in with my cold crystal light drink mix in a two quart container as a a refreshing and re-energizing drink. Either way I choose to drink my Energy Booster Tea, I feel more energetic and I am able to get more accomplished. I have no regrets. *

When I drink it, I don't feel the need to take anything else, not even coffee. *
