I originally bought this for my sister, because she raved about she was no longer experiencing anxiety, sleepless nights and bouts of depression. I thought I've got to try this. Working as a teacher by day and tutoring by night, stress was starting to take a toll on me and I was starting to experience some sleepless nights myself. After the first couple of nights, it was amazing. I also now sleep soundly through the night again. I'm a huge fan of Dherbs.
