I did the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. Before I did the cleanse my weight was 222. I lost 16 lbs and now I am doing the Maintenance Package. My goal is to be at 205. I forgot to mention I am 59 years old and I love to workout. I highly recommend the Dherbs 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. *

The Full Body Cleanse is wonderful. This was the first time I did a cleanse so I wasn't sure what to expect. I followed all the directions and learned a lot about discipline. In the process, I lost 9 pounds and 15 inches off of my body. The inflammation and pain in my knee disappeared, hot flashes diminished and sleep was deeper. I feel so great and now I pay attention to all the foods that I put in my body. I eat more plant based and fish and I am loving myself and pain free.
