I would recommend the Full Body Cleanse. I had a lot of energy, and there was no difficulty or any problems with it. I loved the cleanse!! I did not believe I could complete the program. There are a lot of resources available to assist you in completing the program. The Full Body Cleanse did not have any side effects. I then learned Self discipline, thanks to the products and the program. Thank you for allowing me to make better decisions, and providing me with the resources. My husband and I split the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and we were amazed by the results. He and I both lost weight and felt great. I ordered the Full Body Cleanse in an attempt to “jumpstart” my weight loss journey. It was definitely a challenge for me and I wish I’d been more prepared instead of jumping in head first.
