Hi Everyone, This is my third Full Body Detox (I try to perform on every new season or every other); I'm on day 3 now. Because I can see and feel the difference once I go back to cooked foods after the cleanse I want to remain living a raw foods lifestyle. So, this time around I have decided to get really creative and into preparing my own raw food dishes. I'm looking forward to this detox being the best that I have ever performed because I am used to and prepared for the journey and focused on my overall health. I have met the challenge! I have completed the Full Body Detox (today) and I am grateful for having gone through the experience and releasing the waste. This detox has affected me mentally, physically and spiritually. I have experience clear skin (mines is acne prone), flatter stomach (had a little pooch), frequent bowel movements (constipation issues), restful sleep, increase energy at night, lost waste=lose weight (already petite), softer skin, etc. I might have forgotten something! Lol! The experience was definitely challenging. I thought it was going to be easier than expected but I stuck with the regimen! I will be doing this detox 2 times a year, in Feb and October. My wife and I did The Full Body Detox back in October and really enjoyed the experience. I did the Full Body Detox a year ago & was very pleased with the results. My body felt clean & light. I generally have bad allergic reactions during the year, especially hay fever season but the cleaning eliminated my symptoms. I'm going to do an annual cleanse so that I can continue to heal within. *
