Before I began my first Full Body Cleanse last summer, I had some trepidation about how much I would be suffering through a raw food diet for 20 whole days. It really seemed quite a challenge. What I didn't know until I began taking the herbal regimen was that the herbs actually make the food regimen very easy to follow! In fact, for me, the thought of deviating was not even tempting. Six months later, I still maintain a 15-pound weight loss, but that is only one benefit: 20 days of the detox and the way it made me feel absolutely changed my diet... even when I am not trying. My experience with the full body cleanse was great... I was able to see a difference in my skin, and waist line.. during my cleanse I did go to urgent care and all of my vitals were great!!! With the exception of my low blood but I will recommend this to all of my friends and family because I was able to sleep well, gain more energy and also clear thoughts.. Thank so much.. *
