First of all...my skin has never been more clear since I was a child. It felt smooth and soft and I just couldnt get over this. Now I never weighed myself so I am not sure of the amount of weight I lost however my clothing is very loose. I was very shocked at how my appetite curbed all on its own. I was concerned I would be hungry all the time. I had to actually make myself eat. I am going to make eating raw foods a major part of my diet for the rest of my life....who knew. *

Hello Dherbs Family, I just stop by to say I bought the Full Body Cleanse in March and I finished it in April. I noticed a difference in my skin, body and face. I would advise anyone to do this cleanse more than once a year. I planned to use this detox at least 3x's a year. I also stopped eating meat,and drinking,or using dairy products. I only drink soy and almond milk. I lost weight, it encouraged my boyfriend to follow a raw diet also. Thanks Dherbs for caring about the American diet and especially our health and wellbeing! I have taken the Full Body Cleanse and literally gagged when taking 5 pills every few hours the first few days. But I was determined to finish the process and become accustomed to taking the pills.
