I started using Joint Aid and I am feeling major improvement in my knees. I tested my knees out by doing ten squats and I felt no pain. I really could have done more squats but I didn't want to overdo it. My sister asked me how it was going up and down stairs, I said GREAT because I hadn't paid much attention to the stairs at all.
