I purchased the Joint Aid because I began experiencing mild wrist pain/discomfort. It continued for a few weeks and periodically, I did wrist rotations in hopes the discomfort would subside - it did not. A friend mentioned carpal tunnel as a possibility. As I was unsure and thought it could also be a result of spending approximately 5 plus hours daily on the computer, I decided to order the Joint Aid. I have been using the Joint Aid for a while now and I have to say it is doing a great job. On days I miss my dosage I feel my joints tightening up in my elbows and some of my fingers. After taking a dose, I feel flexible again, I highly recommend this products if you suffer or are having issues with your joints. *
