Let me tell you I've meant to write this review for the past 2 to 3 weeks ago. I took this joint formula and after a while I began jogging. Pretty good. Granted I did change my eating habits. Pretty much no pain. So once I ran out I was like let me see how well the Joint Aid has worked. Well needless to say I didn't feel all the discomfort I remember having before I took the joint formula. So voila my own personal science experiment to prove to myself. *

My work (as of right now) requires me to move my arms around a lot and lift fairly heavy things. My shoulders actually started to be in pain, so I ordered the Joint Aid. Pain went away in a few days, and with consistent use (2-3 months), hasn't even come back... and I'm not even taking the Joint Aid anymore. XD *
