Lungs & Respiratory worked pretty well to clear up my lungs from smoking tobacco. I felt like I could breathe better the second I started taking them. On days when I did not take them I really could tell the difference. This will be my go to now for lung health. This is a great lung supplement. The product's ingredients are all-natural. There is no after taste and the pills are small. I stopped smoking completely a bit after and will purchase more later. *
