As a smoker, I swear by these. Within a few hours after taking the first dose, so much phlegm and gunk starts coming right up and out. I give them to my son for his seasonal allergy cough and the same thing happens. If you take them everyday, in just a few days, night wheezing is gone. This product worked pretty well to clear up my lungs from smoking tobacco. I felt like I could breathe better the second I started taking them, on days when I did not take them I really could tell the difference. This will be my go to now for lung health. This is a great product. The product's ingredients are all-natural. There is no after taste and the pills are small. I stop smoking completely a bit after and will purchase more later. I think it cleared up mucus in my lungs, but I'm not completely sure. *
