I was nervous to do the Uterus Cleanse at first because I thought it was gonna be a whole complicated thing. It actually was way easier than I expected. You follow the plan, take what they tell you to take, eat how they tell you to eat, and that’s it. This one was simple and I stuck to it all the way through. My cycle has been rough for a long time. Super heavy first two days, bad mood swings before it even started, and then tired to the point where I just wanted to lay on the couch and not talk to anybody. After I finished the cleanse and then had my next period, I was honestly shocked. Flow was still there but it was not out of control heavy like before. I wasn’t leaking through everything. I felt more level, like I could function. Another thing for me was energy. I’ve had doctors tell me my iron is low, I’ve done the pills, I’ve done the liquid iron.
