Very simple product to use. A minimum amount of exercise was required for me to achieve results (weight loss) with the product. I wasn't able to start off with a normal diet/exercise program. I also did not follow the program to a "t", skipped some steps and ate some protein. Nevertheless, I was pleased with my results. *

So happy there was no charcoal with this cleanse. Overall, this was a lot harder for me as I did my best to stick to it as close as possible. Especially with taking a weeks break between cleansing. I immediately started this once I felt myself slacking. So weight cleanse to the rescue and it put me back on track by drinking the master cleanse beverage in the morning after increasing my water content of 2 liters a minimum a day. I definitely see a difference in inches. My stomach is getting that six pack I always dreamed of. I see it evolving. I can’t wait to follow up with the maintenance package. *

The Weight Release Cleanse Formula worked a great deal for me, I lost a total of 12 pounds! Although it was tough to stick to the diet plan and some days I included foods that were not on the plan, I was able to stick to the plan 90% of the time. I have continued on to the Maintenance Package which helped me shed more weight and I just reordered the Maintenance Package today. I cannot say enough the plan works but you have to mentally be prepared to adjust your diet. *

I have 2 days left on the Weight Release Program and I am already down 12 pounds. For several months, I have exercised consistently and basically have watched what I ate. I could see my pants getting tighter and tighter. Always been feeling that since my age has slowed down my metabolism to a snail's pace, and its hopeless to forget about losing weight. I couldn't even see a 1 pound melt away, after seeing the results of my Fitbit, I was walking approximately 40 thousand to 50 thousand miles per week. Now, with taking DHerbs, I feel so much better and lighter. I am more disciplined as to what I put in my mouth. Now, I am very much fearful that once I complete this program I will gain some, if not, all of the weight back. Finally, the 12 pounds fell off. I want to keep them off. *

After seeing this product being advertised on the Steve Harvey show, I decided to give Dherbs a try. I chose the Weight Release Cleanse and initially I didn't know how I would do with all of the caps I had to take. But it actually wasn't so bad. I was very amazed on how I lost about 5 lbs on my first week on the product. I'm not one to hop on the scale every day, but I was blown away at how quickly the weight was coming off. I also have to say that I have tried so many diets in my lifetime and with some I've had success and for others not so much.....but Dherbs is the diet for me. I started the diet on 2 July 2018, and I cheated on 4 July....Yes I know....only 2 days after I started...LOL!!!! but my point is that even with me cheating, I was still able to lose 5 lbs in my 1st week. I also have to confess that I didn't do the diet for a continuous 20 days. I know myself and I'm not that disciplined. So I needed to do what worked for me.....and what worked for me was Sunday - Thursday....faithfully, to include an intensive 40 minute cardio workout, which consisted of running and doing the hills on the treadmill...which is a beast within itself. On Thursdays for breakfast I eat a veggie omelette and for lunch and dinner I would eat a salad with tuna fish and on Fridays and Saturdays I cheated. I've been doing the diet this way since 2 July, and I've lost 17 lbs. The beauty is that people have noticed and my pants are falling off of me. I feel great. I've started another round and I'm continuing to feel great. I go on vacation on the 27th of September and my goal is to lose a total of 30 lbs. I'm only 13 lbs away from my goal weight. I also must mention that I am a Government Contractor in Afghanistan and finding a variety of meals has been challenging. My point is that if I can do this diet successfully in Afghanistan, where my food choices are very limited, then anyone can do it successfully in theU.S. It's all about what works for you.
