I would recommend the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen to anyone wishing to get a jump start on their weight release goals. This product helps you to gain more of an appetite for the right foods. I surprisingly felt energized and for the most part did not feel hungry or have bad cravings for the wrong foods. The only downfall I'd say about this product is the amount of diuretics which I had to take less of to decrease harsh bowel movements. *

I did the Full Body Cleanse twice. I feel great and now I'm going to try the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. BTW, I have loss 15 lbs and able to maintain my weight. I'm looking for the WRCR to take my weight loss to the next level. *

I completed my Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen and it was great. In March I did the Full Body Cleanse...combined I lost 9 lbs. I am enjoying the experience. I thought the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen was going to be hard but it is easy. I had energy which motivated to go back to kickboxing. I did the 20 day weight lose cleanse lost 15lbs. Now I am doing the maintenance back to regular food BUT I am making better choices. I am still losing weight. I plan to do another 20 days next week. The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen continued my release process with an additional 2 lbs. weight loss. First, I completed the Full Body Cleanse and then I continued with the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. At first, I was expecting to release more than 2 additional pounds, but I realized that the weight release cleanse helped me maintain what I released with the Full body Cleanse. This Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen is ok I dropped 9 pounds off me could have been more but I continued to lift weights on the days I could meaning this product had me going three to four times a day. Since taking Dherbs products my blood pressure and weight has been outstanding I will continue to use the Dherbs products and recommend to family and friends. *

The weight release cleanse seems like it has the same effect as the 21 day cleanse. Lost about 10-12 pounds. *
