This is my second time doing the weight loss cleanse. I definitely lost weight, not sure how much since I don't weigh myself, I use how my clothes fit and how I feel. I feel great and my clothes fit loose and comfortably. If I had to guess I would say that I lost 10-12 pounds. I stuck to the diet which can be difficult sometimes but was determined to stick with it. I have just reordered the weight loss cleanse and will do it again immediately after this cleanse, (not because I need to lose more weight just that I feel better when doing it.) My experience is that when I am on the supplements I feel better and am much more disciplined. I think sticking with the schedule of every two hours to take the pills keeps me on track. Also, I purchased a juicer and love the juice! This has been a game changer for me and makes it so much easier to stay satisfied. That and chia pudding have made it so much easier this time around.
