I purchased the Full Body Cleanse Companion (EBook) booklet and wanted to know if there is a list of starches in the food combining list. The book I downloaded doesn't show a list of preferred starches, or am I over looking a page in the book?

Starches are not on the chart. Most starches are tubers and we don't promote those. Grains are also starchy foods but these too are not listed. Most tubers and grains are not eaten raw so that's why they are not listed.

I am an African American, 70 years old, and in good health and physical condition. I jog/walk 1 1/2 miles 5 days a week, do pushups and sit ups daily. But, I have low bone density, on the following medication: once a month I take 1 capsule of Ergocalciferl 50,000 mg; once a week I take 1 tablet of Alendronate 70mg (Fosamax) a week (same day), and daily one tablet of calcium 500 with Vitamin D, and a multi-vitamin tablet. I finished the Full Body Cleanse and Anti-V Cleanse And Regimen and now I just started the anti viral daily pills. Sounds like a problem with the lymphatic system. I recommend Full Body Cleanse and Oral Antiseptic Spray! Gargle 2-3 times a day with warm water and a little sea salt (add salt to water).

I am a 29 year old woman currently living with one functioning kidney. Both kidneys were found to be "swollen" many months ago due to polyps that had formed inside my uterus. What are some natural herbs that I can give my son for hypoglycemia? He gets lightheadedness a lot and has passed out from time to time. What generally is the difference if I were to purchase from Dherbs to get the Activated Charcoal instead of GNC? Also my friend says that he purchased the toothpaste off of Dherbs.

I have read your article on "Calculi: Kidney, Bladder, and Gall Stones". Would the natural remedy you listed in that article also help with salivary stones? I have had problems with this for over twenty years now. I have had one of my submandibular gland removed due to the duct had become blocked and the swelling wouldn't go down. The doctor said that both glands had stones in them but they only removed the one. I still am having problems with the other gland and in constant pain. I have tried a lot of things to try to rid it or to ease the pain. I just want to be rid of the stones, the swelling, and the pain for good without having the gland removed. My youngest son had a very bright green stool last night and I saw that it means acidic foods that he has eaten...
