I just completed The Female Cleanse but was just diagnosed with HSV and I was wondering can I take the Anti-V Formula and not do the Anti-V Cleanse And Regimen? And if so how long do I have to take the Anti-V Formula?

The Anti-V Formula is only a maintenance formula. I'd suggest you perform the Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen.

Today makes day 9 of my Full Body Cleanse (FBC). This morning I have an outbreak on my hand. I have been practicing telling myself I am Healing, but my job is stressful and yesterday I had a stressful day and this morning the outbreak on my right hand. Could this be part of my healing process? Can you suggest what I can do to alleviate the stress at work so this will not block my healing process of herpes? I am following the diet; however I have been kind of burnt out at times on the salads so I at least eat a salad and a bowl of steamed brown rice and frozen green peas that are steamed for 3 min. Is that considered following the diet? I still eat my fruit for breakfast daily, my salad for lunch and steamed broccoli (5min) and for dinner another salad, but for a few days I have eaten the rice and steam green peas. I basically want to know is it alright so if I eat it in the future.

You have to learn to deal with your stress and stop reacting to it. Your subconscious mind is greatly blocked and therefore you have to realize your healing will come very slow. At a deep level you still believe herpes is incurable and your body is giving you this (despite the healing crisis of outbreaks on the hand). Your dietary deviation is understandable and not that bad but if you are tiring of salads opt for other things to eat. I have heart palpitations especially after I eat a meal regardless to what it is. Do you have any advice for this malady?

Eat more raw foods (preferably vegetables which are alkaline). The Cardiovascular formula would be ideal to take before or after eating your meals.

My problem is after I've eaten, whether I've slipped and had a sandwich or something not raw, or whether I've had all raw vegetables - especially broccoli or cauliflower, I am clearing my throat for pretty much the rest of the day. If I'm munching on raw nuts and seeds - same thing. It feels almost like I didn't swallow fully, or like the food didn't go down all the way or something. It's annoying to me, and I know it's irritating to my co-workers. What herb can help with this? It's mucus, right? I am currently doing the weight release cleanse. I've already done the Full Body Cleanse (I failed miserably at this.)

There is no such thing as failure! Start drinking more water and try drinking Mucus Tea while performing your cleanse. Stay positive!

I just purchased the Children Lung Extract for my daughter who will be 3 in January. She has Asthma and a cold which is causing wheezing, rapid breathing, coughing, she is miserable. MD has prescribed Prednisolone and Nebulizer treatments of Albuterol. Questions: 1. Can I give her the Lung Extract while she is taking the prescribed medicine? 2. It is not wise to take herbs and drugs (poison) simultaneously. Either you are into healing or you're not. With drug consumption you are not into healing. You are into masking symptoms! Give the Children Lung Extract as well as Mucus Formula.

How long does the Ozone in Oxy-Oil last? I purchased a bottle a while ago (a little more than a year), but I haven't used it. I have recently become more sensitive to my body and I am trying to make better health choices. Thanks to your newsletter I've now stopped drinking coffee and switched to Yerba Matte. I am a 39 yr old woman with acne. Today I visited the dermatologist and he suggested that I take Spironolactone. I have an issue with prescription drugs. I have bad acne....which means I break out almost daily and with the cystic acne deep in the skin. I have tried almost everything and nothing will clear up my skin and keep it clear.
