This will be the first time my family and I have undertaken any form of cleansing. It will be the first of more to come throughout the year; but my question is which one do we start off with? The cleanse or the detox? Also, if you could recommend the specific children's products I would need for a three, five and ten year old I would appreciate it.

I am 6 feet tall and I am on my third day of the 10 Day Colon Cleanser. I used to be 125 pounds in weight, and I have dropped to 119 pounds. First off, let me say, I am soooo happy to have caught the Dherbs advertising while listening to WVON radio in Chicago, IL. This is a very professional, informed and holistic website. I've been referred to your Full Body Cleanse by my sister. I've been joyfully on it for a little over two weeks. I'm scheduled to finish this Tuesday coming up. My eight year old daughter has chronic eczema that has left her skin scared and almost always inflamed. Please email some information on folic acid as I am trying to determine whether it is necessary and safe for me to take folic acid. I am in the child bearing age but I have never had children. The Doctor has advised that folic acid (prenatal vitamin) should be taken as daily supplement.
