I'm a personal trainer with a client who suffers from acid reflux. She was taking on teaspoon of apple cider vinegar a day and that was keeping it under control. One of her favorite foods is grapefruit. Her reflux has gotten worse and her doctor has since put her on medication to keep it under control. Is there anything that she can do that is more natural and can place her body back in balance?
