I'm not a big raw vegetable fan, but I did do raw veggies, fruits and water along with the cleanse and I lost 24 lbs in 20 days. I was shocked that this product worked. I've been taking Flora Balance for a month and it's been great. I'm 8 mos postpartum pregnancy. When my periods came back I would get intense vulva/labia itching and would swell.
