Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen was 4 pills every few hours, total of 16 pills a day, something like that. I did get rid of the issue I had which was the main reason why I purchased this in combination with many other things I was doing at the time. It takes a lot of determination, self discipline and healthy eating to get healthy. Now I am looking to buy 10 day Full Body Cleanse, just because It's short. It would also be great if they develop drops instead of pills. I would highly recommend to anyone. I like that this site has many varieties of products to choose from based on what you are dealing with or trying to improve. I like using natural products, herbs, supplements and I am definitely against chemicals, prescription pills etc. Everyone should try their cleanses at least once. Overall good, except it's pricey and shipping to Canada is extremely high. *

The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen really is what it’s proclaimed to be. I lost 11 pounds in the first 4 days and I felt so light. Unfortunately for me, I chose the holiday season to try the product and that was not wise. Additionally, I started with weight release when the recommendation is to start with the Full Body Cleanse. I am planning to order the full body and start again. *

I have made smoothies with this protein powder and added fruit. Or sometimes I just mix it with some Hemp milk. This shake gives me energy and helps curb my cravings for sweets. I typically drink it in the morning for breakfast and sometimes late dinner snack. I will continue to use and highly recommend for anyone who needs added protein in their diet. *

The Weight Release Formula was good. It helped keep my appetite at bay and as far as weight loss go, it helped me maintain my weight after I completed the 20 day cleanse. *

The Full Body Cleanse is one of the simplest ways I have found to lose weight and get detoxed at the same time. It is much less cumbersome than the weekly colonics I used to do in addition the tiring and time consuming daily workouts. However, I would not stop the workouts, as they do add to the weight loss. Admittedly I did not lose all the weight I desired because my focus was more on cleansing. Now I am far more motivated to stick with the dietary guidelines because my desire now is to lose 40 pounds over three months. I am certain the DHerbs will help me get a great head start in reaching my goal. I have friend who just lost 12 pounds and achieved this without exercise because she has severe vascular disease in her legs. Combining taking this product with exercise, I should a least be about to double her loss. So, for anyone who is considering purchasing this product for weight loss and cleansing, it is worth every penny. *
