Wow, is the first word to say. I lost about 35lbs on the Full Body Cleanse. You can lose up to 50lbs its true. Especially if you stay consistent with eating salads with romaine lettuce because of it's ability to flush your body (naturally alkaline). All of my co-workers were shocked to see the pounds shedding off me daily. I also exercised a lot and felt energized to do so.
