I started taking Female Hormonal mostly to help with hot flashes. My doctor says I’m in perimenopause. I had only experienced a few hot flashes before, but suddenly they came on with a vengeance, waking me up multiple times at night. After one bottle, I haven’t had any. I had also started experiencing terrible cramps with my period and other PMS symptoms, along with very heavy bleeding. My first period—two weeks late—after finishing the first bottle came with no cramps at all and wasn’t heavy. I’m very impressed with this product. I would have given it five stars if it had also eliminated the hormonal migraines I get with every period. *

When performed properly the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen helped to curb my appetite. It also promoted frequent bowel movements. Overall I released 20lbs. *

This is my second time doing the female cleanse. I choose to do this cleanse because I’m looking to conceive within the next 2 months. I did release 18lbs just following the diet plan so that’s a real plus! I trust these products. *
