I followed the instructions for 20 days and only lost 8lbs. This program is very challenging and pricey. I had higher expectations. *

The product is ok. I personally struggle with pills and those capsules are too big for me. It was a waste of money for me. I gave it to my mom who was only able to do a wk (other issues). I did three days and the rest is sitting around. I wish they were pills instead! Overall it does work. *

The Nerve-Calming Tea is an okay tea. I did notice that my nerves were calmer though. I did get a slight head ache. *
