I gave 4 stars because I was not happy about the capsules. The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen was not difficult and I lost 24 pounds in 20 days. I did go to the bathroom in the morning and at night. I want to do it again but cannot afford it. *

While I personally released more weight and achieved better hunger/craving control using the 20 Full Body Cleanse, I did release 15 lbs on the 20 day Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. However, there's something in the Weight Release Formula that made my nails grow like crazy! During the cleanse I had to maintain my fingernails weekly. They were long and strong! *

When I took the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse the amount of energy that I got at the end of the first week was amazing. At first I was hesitant with the pills but it has becomes easier after a couple of days and the fact that it made me feel better and release a lot of waste which was AWESOME!!! I am about to order my Xmas package so i can cleanse before Xmas so i can eat a decent meal on the holiday....it will be so worth it and then i can go back to clean life. *

I think the Full Body Cleanse was great! Because I could only do a light workout, I only lost 17 lbs. I felt so much lighter and less gassy. The hardest part for me was the activated charcoal. I wish that it was in capsule form instead of powder. I'm sure there are reasons that it's not, but it was so difficult to mix, and it was very gritty although it had no taste. *

I felt better and lost about 10 pounds on the 20-day Full Body Cleanse. If you stick with it, it does work. *
