I went into this open-minded but was prepared for the worst. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have any withdrawal symptoms (I quit smoking, drinking, and gave up caffeine) and really feel good. My husband says my skin looks good, and for the first time in my life, I am able to eliminate every day (I battle IBS-C). The only negative I can say is that I struggled the last 3 days; eating cold, raw food every day, all day, I was hungry. Not actually hungry because I was eating regularly, but I felt empty. All I really wanted was something warm and soul-fulfilling. *

I think the Full Body Cleanse is the best because it helped me lose up to 20 pounds, decrease my blood pressure to under 120, gain a lot of energy, and focus on eating healthy food. I have a healthier face and body, do more exercises, drink plenty of water, sleep much better, and eat more fruits and vegetables. *
