I would highly recommend this product. I've just receive the Full Body Cleanse and I'm on Day 3 and while it is challenging I'm already seeing results. I was a little nervous at first. It's the first time I've done a cleanse like this and I was a little intimated because of the amount of the pills on top of the change in raw food diet but on Day 3 I have no complaints.
