I just turned 40, have a 2 year old daughter, developed high blood pressure when I was in my third trimester of pregnancy and am Vitamin D deficient. Even after I spent a year working out 5 to 7 times per week, I never lost one pound! I had purchased the Full Body Cleanse in the past but sold it after reading the instruction booklet, thinking I could never attempt such a drastic eating challenge. Looking back now, I was not in the right mind-set and just needed to read more (a lot more) and I planned a beach trip (great motivation there!) One thing I read that stuck with me & completely changed my thinking was this: weight loss is 80% what you eat & 20% exercise. I had this backwards for years, which worked then but definitely not now! I decided to purchase another FBC... I lost a total of 12 pounds which is a huge success for me! This cleanse was very challenging but overall, I really enjoyed doing it and could feel my body going through some amazing changes! On day 2, I had a pretty severe headache but I knew it was my body detoxing. On day 9, I got a killer Charlie Horse in my right shoulder but again, I knew my body was detoxing. Those were the bad things, now on to the good things! I noticed right away a difference in my skin & hair; almost right away, my bowel movements began to regulate. Plus, I had so much energy it was unbelievable! I took my BP meds for about 4 days and then decided to stop taking them too. I fully and whole-heartedly recommend The Full Body Cleanse! I must admit the first few days were the hardest for me but once I got past that point, I never felt better! I was full of energy and I lost approximately 18 lbs in the process! I didn't realize how toxic my body really was at the time- I was used in to eating out and not per se thinking about the food I was putting in my mouth and what it was actually doing to me. I experienced itching throughout my body for about 3 days and when I looked that symptom up, my body was ridding itself of toxins through my skin causing it to itch. I heard about DHERBS on Steve Harvey morning show. They talked about all the weight they lost with the Full Body Cleanse. I said to my self I should try it, so I called. They told me how many pills I had to take, that scared me. So I said thank you and hung up the phone. It was on my mind and I called back again and asked more questions about DHERBS and then they told me I could not eat any animal product so I did the some thing I did before hung up. For the last time making this call I said that I was going to go threw with it made the call got my DHERBS and was very happy that I did It. I lost 12lbs and all my co workers ask what I was taking and I told them DHERBS and what they had to do and a lot of them said they were going to do it this summer.
