This has been the Best Full Body Cleanse I have ever done. I was never hungry. It was easy taking the herbs. It was easy eating raw fruits, veggies and nuts (I had to do a lot of pre-planning). I am going into my last day on April 10th and since March 21st I have lost 10 pounds. I am going on vacation the day after I finish, but I will definitely be starting the Weight Release Cleanse next. Oh...and I have tons of energy! *

Greetings, I am a 48 year old African American Woman with a stomach that I want "GONE" and I am ready to take the first step with the inside out. I started the Full Body Cleanse and no, this cleanser is no "JOKE." I prepared my self a week earlier with the fruit and veggies so my body would be able to endure the shock. After reading and understanding the importance of the foods I put in my body and the harm it does. I began the first day and it was ok, the second day the flood gates open and my God I could not believe I was walking around with so much junk in my trunk. All day on the third, my body did its thing and I was ok with it. I can fill the water weight releasing (no joke) you will feel it. My stomach feels soft to the touch, my lower back is not tight anymore and I have not had a sweet cravings. My only complaint is the burping. I guess it's all of the gases being released had it for two hole days (funny) never had that before. "Stay Cleansed" *

My husband and I just completed the Full Body Cleanse and it was a total success for the both of us. It was a success for him because it helped him to get motivated and back on the right track to a healthy life style. During this 20 day cleanse, he lost 15lbs and rediscovered his lost energy. I on the other hand did not lose a great amount of weight, but I did lose some inches. But the best benefit for me taking the Full Body Cleanse showed up in the results of my last doctors appointment. Being a diabetic, I have to see my doctor every four months to check my A1C. Upon my last visit, my A1C went from 6.8 to 6.3, and my blood pressure was 118/78. While on the cleanse I checked my blood sugar every morning, and it never registered over 97, and that was without taking my evening dosage of metformin. I completed the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and dropped 11 pounds and 2 inches. At first I was a bit turned off by the eating regiment but after the first day or two it was not bad. It all came naturally and I felt good doing it. I'm about to start the 20 day Weight Release Cleanse prior to having knee replacement surgery. I would like to release additional weight before I get my new knee. I feel good and more aware of what's going into my body. *
