As a smoker, I swear by the Lungs & Respiratory. Within a few hours after taking the first dose, so much phlegm and gunk starts coming right up and out. I give them to my son for his seasonal allergy cough and the same thing happens. If you take them everyday, in just a few days, night wheezing is gone.
