I just completed the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. I was shocked at how easy it was. In terms of the types of food I ate, I printed a lot of recipes from the site. The food was so good! I was never hungry and didn't have cravings. This was the first cleanse I'd ever done. The hardest part was giving up coffee, but I gave it up 3 days before I started the cleanse. I am thinking clearer. I lost about 10 lbs. I feel much better overall. I will continue with the maintenance package next. My takeaways: 1. I will continue drinking decaf tea instead of coffee daily 2. I will focus on eating a majority of whole foods instead of processed 3. The bathroom routine consisted of 2X in the AM, 1X after lunch (round 2:00), and in the evening. No cramping. I still have weight to drop but this was a great kick start. On about day 13 I started craving warm food. That was the only craving I had. *

I drank two 14oz cups daily, letting two teabags steep in a pot of boiling hot water. I drank this along with the Full Body Cleanse and think this will be a great addition to my health regimen, once I complete the cleanse. I’m not sure if I drank too much but I will say it definitely cleansed me out thoroughly, several times a day, LOL. I have been eating more fruits and veggies along with a lot of water so that probably added to me going so much. Either way I enjoyed the tea and more than likely will continue drinking this for a while. I love a good herbal tea and the combination is perfect. *
