I have used the Full Body Cleanse twice with great results. Using the pill container made it easy for daily set-up, keeping track of doses and time, and storage. The pills are easy to swallow and encourage increased water intake. The charcoal was easier to digest in cool water. I lost 20 pounds the first time and about 10 the second time. I went from wearing an extra-large in tops to a medium, pants large to medium, size 14 to 10. The change was obvious. The product is worth the price. I highly recommend it. *
