I increased my daily intake of water. I was/am not a big on drinking water but I know that it is important for my health. The kidney cleanse was easy to take. The tea took a little while to get use to the taste. However I did feel better overall and my next product to try is the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. *

Communication to find what product was best for my situation felt easy and no hassle. The herbs arrived soon with a FULL breakdown of whats in the herbs to additional health information, along with a capsule holder! I felt so surprised by that. The capsules felt easy to take and I had no adverse reaction to them either. My blood work improve as well! Woot woot! Overall I had a great experience with the Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen. I'm planning to buy a second batch to improve my blood even further. *

I love the Full Body Cleanse! It was easy on my digestive tract and I felt great! I nearly met my A1C goal, going from over 14 points down to 7.3. I will continue to eat better and walk consistently. I would recommend this product! While I was home during the summer, counting pills out daily was not a problem. However, I think it would be too difficult to manage while I am working with a very busy schedule. I would hope that the number of capsules could be reduced at some point while maintaining the rich potency. *

I take tablets at night before bed and the Bowel Motion works its magic by morning. I love it because it gives me the regularity that I seek naturally. *

This is a great product. You must have discipline to complete the Full Body Cleanse to see maximum results. I have several health issues, and completing the cleanse on a modified diet was awesome. My condition caused me to gain 100lbs. This cleanse helped start losing weight again. During my first cleanse, I lost 22 lbs and it’s still off. I’m starting a second cleanse soon. I’ll let you know how it goes!! The cons are you take a lot of pills, use the restroom a lot and have a strict diet. Pros: the benefits are so much better when you are able to reach your goals and have a healthier life!!! *
