Amazing cleanse!!!! All natural for sure. No sudden urge to use the restroom or uncomfortable feeling with the pills or the charcoal. Although the charcoal is a bit messy, but with preparation, you can manage and its not as messy. Lost about 10-12 pounds during the first trial of 30 days and that was with no work out involved.
