I am not regular but I started the bowel motion tea after a Full Body Cleanse and it really assisted in keeping my actively moving. I try to have a cup of tea 3-4 times a week. The taste is not the best for me but I have tried all kinds of teas and this one works. I lost 20 lbs on the Full Body Cleanse and will start another on after Christmas. I would recommend these products for positive results. I feel it assisted with a positive mental also. *

Your products are gentle, not aggressive at all, and there aren't side effects. It also trained my body to be disciplined, so it will be easy to continue with a healthy approach to food. There isn't a withdrawal post 20 days treatment. I will do this from time to time. It's a bit pricey for me to try more products. *
