One of friends kept recommending this cleanse, but I was afraid I couldn't successfully do it. When my issues with certain foods became unbearable and my Doctor told me I had to change my diet, I decided it try it. Doing the 10 day cleanse was the best thing I have ever done!! Yes, I lost 7pds, but the overall improvement to my health, energy level, better sleep, and no more my brain fog were worth it. It's been 2 weeks since my cleanse, I've lost 3 more pounds and haven't gone back to my bad eating habits. Going to do the 20 day cleanse in a couple months. *
