I would feel bloated and tight after eating until I started using the Bowel Motion. It works quickly and is not uncomfortable. It makes you feel light and energetic. Personally I like taking the capsule form of my daily vitamins. However, the Multivitamin Tea is a great back up for me! The Weight Release Cleanse worked a great deal for me, I lost a total of 12 pounds! Although it was tough to stick to the diet plan and some days I included foods that were not on the plan, I was able to stick to the plan 90% of the time. I have continued on to the Maintenance Package which helped me shed more weight and I just reordered the Maintenance Package today. I cannot say enough the plan works but you have to mentally be prepared to adjust your diet. *
