I’ve done the Full Body Cleanse 3 times now. Two 20 day cleanses and one 10 day cleanse. For me it works wonderfully. It’s a mind over matter process. It’s not easy but for me, the reward huge. I feel great. I did a 20 day cleanse in October and lost 26lbs. Just completed a 10 day cleanse and lost another 14 lbs. I’ve been able to lose around 1.5lbs a day. I stay strict to the program. Wow! I just completed my 20 day D-Herbs Full Body Cleanse. The process was not as hard as I thought it would be. After about the first three days my body had stop craving for other foods. I followed the process to the letter, taking the capsules pretty much on time. l ran a little late but always completed each day. I realized that healthy snacks such as the raw nuts and fresh fruit really was all I needed. I lost a total of 18 pounds though weight lost was not the reason I began this process it was for health reason along with bloating. During this process I was energized every morning waking up feeling alert and ready to go. I also found that I didn't missed coffee, usually drinking around 3-4 cups per day.
