The D-herbs Full Body Cleanse was fantastic! I lost between 20-25lbs. Even though I ate a few meals that consisted of cooked vegetables ... I went to a vegan Indian restaurant, because I had not prepared my raw food in advance; but even though, the results were still pretty amazing! The Full Body Cleanse requirements are strict in diet, but well worth the results if you can stay consistent. It did have me going quite frequently during the first week at times feeling very sick, but the guide will tell you that. Literally this stuff cleans you from the outside out.
