This weight loss cleanse was awesome. My husband and I did this cleanse and we both lost about 25 pounds each. We ate raw and used the dherbs recipes for the entire cleanse, which kept it interesting. The recipes were easy to follow and kept us on track, which was important since we did this cleanse in the winter when our bodies were craving warm and cooked food. Full disclosure, there were some days that were rough just because we wanted comfort food in the cold weather, but having the recipes on this site were a tremendous help. One of our favorite recipes is the pecan pie chia pudding. We still use the recipes from the site even after cleansing. We experienced more energy on this cleanse and we will do it again in the future. *

Liver, Spleen & Gallbladder works quite well. I can see that it is eliminating fat from my liver. The fact that it also helps the spleen and gallbladder is an added plus since they all work together. *

I lost 15 pounds doing the Full Body Cleanse. I also added intermittent fasting with it. Eating raw wasn't as hard as I initially thought it would be. The recipe page on this site and youtube really helped me come up with recipes. I am truly satisfied with the outcome and looking forward to doing this twice a year. *

The Full Body Cleanse did meet my expectations. I lost 10 pounds of belly fat. I am continuing with the fruits and raw vegetables with salad dressing of course. Drinking only alkaline water. *
