I am pretty regular for the most part, but every now and then I may get constipated, and Colon & Digestive Tract really helps. I will say that the Bowel Motion works much better for me at relieving my constipation. However, I do like how the Colon & Digestive Tract really cleanses out your colon and makes everything flow better.
