First time ever doing a cleanse. It was simply and easy and results driven. I lost 13 pounds and improved some health issues. My doctor was amazed once he found out what I was using. I will start the 20 day cleanse this year to do a Full Body Cleanse. My husband is my support system. He did the 10 day now we are going to do the 20 day together. I got my third 20 Day Full Body Cleanse last week and I will begin on Monday. My first cleanse helped with the elimination of meat along with my over compulsive intake of sweets.
