I am 15 days into my Full Body Cleanse and OMG. I look and feel excellent. I did not weigh myself before I started because I am not big on numbers. I am more concern with overall well being. I just completed the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and I must say this is one of the best decision that I have made to date. I am not sure how much weight I lost because I did not weigh myself on day one. My main goal was to detox so I was not concern with numbers on the scale. At first I was scared that I would not follow thru but to my surprise it was quite easy. I did not have any cravens and I stayed full every day. I was able for the first time to watch food cooking channels and commercials with food without running to the kitchen to raid my cupboard or the refrigerator. My sister was so excited for me that I purchase a 20 day detox for her also. If you are undecided about taking the leap just do it. It is so worth it. I was still able to workout and do cardio even though it was at a lesser percentage of my norm. I really felt great. Lots of energy. No bloating and I look fabulous. The directions for the 10 Day Colon Cleanse were easy to follow. I was never hungry, and was able to stay on the eating plan with no problem. The results were fantastic! I lost six pounds, and felt great. This product worked as it said, but I discovered it best to take the Bowel Motion as early in the evening as possible. *

Using the Full Body Cleanse and following the program made me feel and look better, I had more energy, my skin also looked and felt better. My digestive system became more regular. Eating all raw was difficult at first but following the suggested meal plans learning to juice effectively with the right combination of fruits and vegetables gave me the variety needed to get through the all raw diet.
