FAQ: 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express
Yes you can, however you must subscribe to a raw vegan diet meaning you can only consume raw vegetables, raw fruits, raw, nuts, raw seeds. No animal based products, no soy, or processed foods.
We don’t recommend doing the Cleanse while taking blood thinners. All of our products are 100% all natural plant life herbs, which may or may not contain vitamin K. The diet that’s required for the Cleanse consists of fruits and vegetables, which are foods that often thicken the blood. For menopause, we do recommend the female hormonal formula.
We would recommend the Full Body Cleanse.
SAMPLE MENU
Breakfast
Start with a fruit smoothie or green smoothie, containing these ingredients:
• Four or five cups fresh fruit and green vegetables
• Ice
• Two to three cups water or freshly squeezed juice Snack
• Raw nuts (cashews almonds, pecans, brazil nuts)
• Fresh fruit such as oranges, apples or pears
Lunch
Eat a large salad:
• Green leafy veggies
• Avocado
• Green apples
• Vegetables of your choice
You can drizzle on salad dressing made of cold-pressed oil and/or freshly squeezed orange juice.
Snack
• Four cups berries or pineapple or three peaches
• Two apples
• Two ribs of celery with 1 tablespoon raw almond butter (freshly made)
Dinner
Have a spinach salad with the following:
• Baby spinach leaves
• Romaine lettuce
• Cucumbers
• Tomatoes
• Green onions
• Orange segments
Pair with freshly-made vegetable juice containing mostly green veggies.
Dessert or Evening Snack
• 10 raw pecans or walnuts
• Raw Banana Ice Cream (2 frozen over ripe banana and agave (optional)
Remove from freezer, set on counter for 10-15 minutes and then whiz in a food processor until smooth. Add agave if needed.

Yes, the herbs will cleanse the liver and spleen.
No, you cannot consume any type of alcohol while cleansing. You're detoxing all of your major organs and only consuming foods that provides a benefit to your body.
Unfortunately we do not have the liquid extracts available for the 10 day cleanses. Please know that the capsule formulas are always more potent than the liquid extracts.
Yes, you can consume smoothies while on the cleanse. They're a great way to consume multiple nutrients in one sitting. You can have any fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds of your choice, transformed and prepared however you like. Just be sure that it's raw and within the limits of the diet. We always recommend visiting our raw recipes section for smoothie and meals ideas.
No, the capsules are more potent and produce better results than just consuming the teas. You can’t expect to achieve better health or lose weight eating the same foods that contributes to the issues which is why all of the cleanses require you to keep a raw food diet. The raw food plays a major role in achieving results and the overall cleansing process.
We recommend starting the regimen on a Friday or when you have two consecutive days off, to monitor your body's response to the cleanse. The cleanse does not keep you running to the bathroom, but you can expect an increase in how many times you use it due to how much water you’re consuming. You can expect bowel movements in the morning due to the colon formula being the last supplement taken at night. Otherwise, your bowel movements are related to what you eat over the course of the day.
Whereas the Full Body Cleanse places a major emphasis on cleansing the major filtering organs of the body (liver, colon, kidneys, and lungs) and other bodily systems, i.e. blood and lymphatic, the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express only focuses on the Blood, Liver and Colon and provides a supplemental tea to help with other organs. Since the Express Cleanse is only 10 Days, it's not as beneficial as its 20 day counterpart but is still an effective cleanse. Also if you have never done a cleanse, it is a great starter cleanse. Both the Full Body Cleanse and the Express may help you achieve weight control (in conjunction with diet and exercise) the Express is intended to offer slightly lesser benefits over a shorter period of time.*
Everything you need is within the foods of the diet. You cannot consume anything that's unnatural which is exactly what energy drinks are. You can eat as much as you like in order to sustain your energy and to not be hungry. Raw foods that provide the best energy source include: banana, spinach, citrus fruits like grapefruits and oranges, apples, almonds and lemons. You can also incorporate the Energy Formula into your regimen.
