For a month 1/2 now I have been suffering from itchy hives. An allergist told me last week that I have chronic idiopathic autoimmune urticaria dermatographia (hives). He prescribed me Claritin and Zantac to "suppress" the hives until they run their course which could be up to 6-12 months. I'm a vegetarian and I would much rather find a natural way to heal myself and rid these hives. Can you help? Do you have any herbal medicine that may work for me? I am a 28 year old black woman.

Will it be safe for my mother to immediately stop taking the drugs and switch to herbs or is there a process that needs to be taken?

My question is on my moms behalf; she had a hysterectomy and also has a history of blood clots. She was hospitalized for a pulmonary emboli is the hormonal balance. I have been listening to the Warren Ballentine show and I heard you share your knowledge and wisdom all the time. I was just informed by my PCP that I had an abnormal pap and tested positive for HPV. I go have to go and see my OB tomorrow so they can scrape my cervix. I was diagnosed with this disease back in 1996 before I got married. Since then, I have given birth to four children. I've only had water, tea, and oranges for breakfast, salads for lunch and dinner with a few cashew nuts in between. I would like to know exactly what you mean by combining foods together. Don't mix an acid fruit with a melon fruit. Don't mix fruit with vegetables. Don't mix acid fruit with sweet fruit, etc. Eat sweet fruit with other sweet fruit. Eat sub-acid fruit with sub-acid fruit. You wouldn't eat an orange (acid fruit) with an apple (sub-acid fruit). They are not in the same family.

I read the food chart for the Full Body Cleanse. Is it OK to eat the cream of wheat while detoxing? I'm confused because on the food chart it mentioned a lot of different foods, but it tell you the best thing to do is a all raw food diet such as salads and fruit, smoothies... I also plan to do the Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen right after the Full Body Cleanse and that requires a all raw food diet as well. So that means 2 months of strictly raw foods right? :( It's tough but I am determined to get rid of this HSV1 & HSV2.
