I read one of the articles it said to drink distilled water. I was drinking that because I thought it was the right one. A book I was reading said to drink spring water. Can you explain the difference to me about distilled and spring?

There are so many herbal laxatives and cleansers on your page. How does one narrow down what is beneficial to them?
