I am about to start the Full Body Cleanse and I was wondering if yogurt was something good to eat during the Full Body Cleanse. I also work a rotating shift which means my shift changes approximately every seven days. Should I continue taking the pills on the same schedule or should I take them on my "wake" hours when I work the midnight shift?

Yogurt is dairy, Beloved! The diet regimen is clear on dairy products. In re schedule, you have the liberty to take the capsules as you please. So improvise if need be. You have the freedom to do so. Just take your capsules regardless of your shift. Please read "How To Take Herbs".
