I completed the Full Body Cleanse 2 weeks ago. I must say that I spent a lot of time in the restroom. It was a great experience. I lost about 10lbs. I was having some skin eruptions that began to clear up within the first week. My coworkers noticed the change in my body 3 days after I started. I noticed that after the cleanse program when I tried to go back to my old way of eating, my body did not like it, so now I am eating as much raw food as I can.
