Hi,this is my day 9 on the Full Body Cleanse and as someone said before it is definitely one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.However,after getting a few compliments on how good my skin and my body overall looks I am more than determined to continue.I had a few side effects namely headaches and dizziness but that has subsided.I definitely feel better already and even got a friend to try it as well.I will make another comment when the entire thing is over.This product is really worth every penny. *

Hi Everyone, I am on my 4th day on the Full Body Cleanse and I can tell you that this is definately the hardest thing I have ever had to do physically, mentally, and spritually. I am so proud of myself and very determined to succeed throught the whole detox process. I do not like the taste of the herbal capsuls, however, and it is a challenge for me to take all of them but I now I tell myself "One Pill at a Time" (lol). I am not experiencing any of the common healing crisis effects and I believe its because I became a vegetarian 3 months ago and transitioning to becoming a vegan for the last 2 weeks; I am so happy about that. I am very excited to see and feel the results. I keep a journal everyday to stay motivated and when I complete the detox I am going to go back and read my entries! Thank you dherbs!! *

Multi-Vitamins and Minerals are a great source of organic bio-electric vitamins and minerals as opposed to the products that I have used in the past. What I learned from Dherbs is that any time you see a word after the the mineral for example Calcium Carbonate, the source of the mineral is inorganic. I highly recommend these herbal multivitamins for anyone looking for a natural source of vitamins and minerals. *
